This landmark development located on the Kapiti Coast provides care for aged in a tranquil garden setting.

Completion of this project was the final stage in the Woodlands Retirement Village. The facility provides care for residents who can no longer fully support themselves, in a manner that retains their independence and dignity.

Primary focus was directed towards creating a welcoming and supportive environment that can be shared with friends and family.

A range of accommodation options are provided. All resident homes engage sun drenched internal streets, punctuated by informal communal conversation spaces and  access to landscaped gardens.

A lounge and restaurant bring residents together to foster interaction and mutual support. Assisted medical care facilities are also provided.
